At night, the soothing sound of waves created a serene ambiance that made our stay deeply relaxing. By day, the sunny view of the waves was mesmerizing, offering a picturesque scene that felt straight out of a postcard.
While Youghal itself is charming, this place stands out as not just the best in Youghal, but the best in all of Ireland. The combination of natural beauty and exceptional hospitality set it apart from any other place we've stayed.
Peter, our host, was the kindest person we could have hoped for. His helpfulness and prompt responses made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always available to assist us, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect visit."

"Lovely short break with family at Peter’s cottage. Cottage is very comfortable, everything you need for a short stay. Would never tire of the views, absolutely amazing over breakfast each morning. Great outdoor space too. Great base for exploring the surrounding area and very convenient for youghal beach/boardwalk, just a short walk away. Would return! Thanks Peter, great host!"

"From the moment we arrived the experience was just gorgeous. Opened the door to a pristine kitchen with a lovely candle lighting in the window, such a nice touch upon arrival. Peter met us and gave us a warm welcome, was very informative and let us know if we needed anything all we had to do was call, which was really appreciated. Views were spectacular, the area in itself is as though it's from a different timeline, sitting room so cozy at night with little lamps for perfect lighting for watching movies after a long day of breathing in the sea air. We had a great time and will definitely visit again!"
